These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of products and services offered by Sur (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting our website, submitting information, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Overview

SurpriseSlabs provides surprise graded trading cards.

 

2. Billing and Cancellations

• Billing occurs as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
   

• You may cancel future billing at any time by contacting us at [insert support email].
   

• Refunds cannot be processed once payment is made, as each order is specifically curated based on your personal information and preferences.
   

• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
   

 

3. Communications and Marketing

By providing your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive:

• Transactional communications related to your purchase or account.
   

• Occasional marketing or promotional messages via email or SMS.
   

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in an email or replying “STOP” to a text message. Transactional communications (such as order confirmations or updates) will continue as needed.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, and other content on this website are the property of SurpriseSlabs. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any materials without prior written permission.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SurpriseSlabs and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. All items are provided “as is,” and condition or market value may vary depending on trading card nature and sourcing.

 

6. Termination

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate any transaction or future service at our discretion if a user violates these Terms or applicable laws.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

 

6. Giveaway Entry Methods

6.1. Automatic Entries (Purchase or Subscription)

Eligible individuals who make a qualifying purchase or hold an active Surprise Slabs subscription during the giveaway period will automatically receive the number of entries specified in the promotional materials for that giveaway.
Each purchase or subscription entry is recorded automatically once payment is processed.

 

6.2. Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) — Mail-In

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and the name of the current giveaway (e.g., “Surprise Slabs Monthly Vault Giveaway”) on a plain 3" × 5" postcard and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each valid mail-in entry received will count for the maximum number of entries available per person for the applicable giveaway period, equal to the maximum number that could be obtained through a purchase or subscription.

Mail-in entries must be received by the giveaway end date in order to be eligible.
Entries received after the end date will not be considered, regardless of postmark date.
We recommend mailing entries at least seven (7) days prior to the end date to ensure timely delivery.
Mechanically reproduced or incomplete entries are void. All mail-in entries become the property of Surprise Slabs and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 

6.3. Entry Limits

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person, per giveaway period. Duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries are void.

 

6.4. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

6.5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Surprise Slabs or its authorized representative on or about the giveaway end date, from among all eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of selection and may be required to verify eligibility and complete an affidavit of eligibility/publicity release within seven (7) days.
If a selected winner does not respond within that time or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be chosen.

 

6.6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period (including both purchase and mail-in entries).

 

6.7. General Conditions

Surprise Slabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any giveaway if technical failures, fraud, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the promotion. All decisions by Surprise Slabs are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
